The basic structure of the air cushion machine

1. （air cushion machine)The extruder is composed of motor, reducer, screw, barrel, screen changer, die and heater, which is mainly responsible for melting, filtering and extruding raw materials.

The forming roller has three specifications (6mm, 10mm and 28mm), which can be equipped according to the needs of customers. The forming machine is mainly responsible for effectively shaping the melted raw materials extruded from the mold to make it an air cushion film product, which is a very important link.

4. The tractor is composed of traction roller, slitting device and film guiding roller, which is mainly responsible for effectively pulling the air cushion film from the forming roller.

5. (air cushion machine)The coiler is composed of two film coiling rollers, overturner and torque motor meter. It is mainly responsible for effectively coiling the air cushion film from the tractor, making the air cushion film products into coils, and then packaging and warehousing. It is also the last link of air cushion film production.
